Sean LordTai Chi Gung Instructor

Sean Lord has been studying and practicing Tai Chi Gung for 2 and a half years, and teaches under the direct guidance of his teachers Master Lama Rasaji and Master David Paul.
 
Sean currently lives and teaches Tai Chi Gung in St. Augustine Florida, where the mission of "Connecting people directly with the Chi" is being implemented.
 
Sean has a background in martial arts such as Capoeira, Taekwondo and Tai Chi Chuan, and also has an extensive background in dances such as Cuban Salsa and Brazilian Forro. For almost 20 years Sean has been enjoying the art of meditation in all aspects of life.

Can I Join a Class Anytime?


YES you can! Lao Tzu created a series of warm ups and 4 basic Standing Exercises that are the core of every class. These are simple moving and breathing exercises that help students feel the life energy of Nature directly. Almost 90% of students feel it in their very first class.

Whether you have been studying 3 minutes, 3 months or 3 years, you do the simple movements you learned in your very first class. They serve as an outline, and each student connects in their own way.

Because we don't hold back exercises, and they remain consistent, new students can join a live class any time. You'll feel right at home!

What Should I Wear?


Comfortable street clothes are fine. The class is done standing up, and it's so gentle you won't break a sweat! With that said bring some drinking water to class with you.
