Meet Your Teacher

Brian Kraby:  Tai Chi Gung Instructor

"My name is Brian Kraby,  I am a husband and father of four, and I teach high school history, philosophy, law, and sociology at Millis High School in Millis, Massachusetts. I have been teaching for 25 years, and coaching football longer.

This will be the first year I am not coaching football since 1997, and the reason is because it is my calling to teach Tai Chi Gung. Master Lama Rasaji and Master David Paul have taught me how to prioritize spirituality first, and how to be disciplined to create the reality I wish to create.

I am also a percussionist and play the drum set, and/pr congas and bongos.  I am a teacher by trade with two Master's degrees, but my Tai Chi Gung instructors have taught me to be a better teacher and are true inspirations.

Even though I have been with Circle of Chi for five years, practicing Tai Chi Gung daily, I just attended my first tour in Denver, Colorado. Meeting Master Lama Rasaji and the Circle of Chi family was a dream come true, and I am honored to be a part of this mission.

Can I Join a Class Anytime?

Lao Tzu created a series of warm ups and 4 basic Standing Exercises that are the core of every class. These are simple moving and breathing exercises that help students feel the life energy of Nature directly. Almost 90% of students feel it in their very first class.

Whether you have been studying 3 minutes, 3 months or 3 years, you do the simple movements you learned in your very first class. They serve as an outline, and each student connects in their own way.

Because we don't hold back exercises, and they remain consistent, new students can join a live class any time. You'll feel right at home!

What Should I Wear?

Comfortable street clothes are fine. The class is done standing up, and it's so gentle you won't break a sweat!

Testimonials

Krissy

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"I had no idea I'd like Tai Chi Gung as much as I did! What I loved most was that it wasn't about being fit or athletic. Literally anyone can do it! Being outside in nature while slowing down and connecting your mind and body was something I didn't realize I needed. I left feeling calmer, and clearer. It is so needed in today's society. I can't wait to go back."

Krissy Banks, Owner of Mindful Recovery, Holliston, Massachusetts

Courtney

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

" There were so many things going through my head when I went to Tai Chi Gung Class at Bogastow Meadow. I was close with my grandfather, and he lived on Bogastow Circle. Deep inside, I knew I had to go. I was visiting for the weekend, and the class was amazing. Brian really confirmed all the synchronicity for me. I believe big things are coming."

Courtney Clark, Executive Vice President, Gallus Detox and Recovery Services, Leading inpatient and outpatient treatment- Scottsdale, Arizona

Linda

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

" I knew Brian before as a football coach, and we collaborated for his family fun night as a fundraiser for the football program in 2018. I heard about his Tai Chi Gung Classes at Bogastow Meadow behind his house. I went, and it was awesome. I felt the energy, and knew that Brian could teach as he is a history and philosophy teacher at the high school across the street from my farm. We are collaborating again soon on August 8, when we do Rise To Root- yoga on the farm, Tai Chi Gung at the Meadow, Cold Plunge and Sauna at Mindful Recovery, and healthy meal back at the farm. Can't wait! It is sold out!
